                              - Meet Our Key Personnel -

Daniel L. Serven, Administrator
Dan is owner of Ozark Riverview Manor.   He graduated from Michigan State University in June 1968 and finished course work toward an MBA at Southwest Missouri State University in 1981.  Dan earned his Nursing Home Administrator's license in September 1976.



Donna J. Serven, RN, Administrator  
Donna is owner of Ozark Riverview Manor.  She was the Director of Nursing for over 20 years.  In July 1997 Donna became a licensed Nursing Home Administrator.  Daniel L. and Donna J. (Waggoner) Serven were married in June 1968. 



Dee Thomas, Assisted Living Administrator
Dee is the Manager of Riverview Residential Place and has been in that position since March 1994.  Dee has a background in work with the American Cancer Society and other charitable organizations.  She dearly loves every resident in her care and is devoted to her work.  Dee is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator.



Judy Halley, RNC, DON 
In September 1995, Judy became our Assistant Director of Nursing.  She earned a Bachelors Degree in Nursing in 1986 and has worked in many areas of nursing.  Judy is certified in gerontology. One of her enjoyments is teaching and she has taught in an RN nursing program and assisted in writing test questions for the LPN licensure exam. Judy accepted the position of Director of Nursing for our facility January 1, 1999 and is an extremely important asset to us.


Dean Tlustos, Assistant Administrator
Dean came to us in 2003 after serving as an ordained minister in the Presbyterian Church in America.  Obtaining his Nursing Home Administrator's license in 2004, he has been learning all aspects of the business, working in each department.  



Michelle Holloway, Social Services and Admissions
Michelle came to work at ORM in March 2008.  Originally from West Plains, MO, she attended Missouri State University in Springfield and earned a degree in Social Work.  She most recently worked as Social Service and Admissions Director at Christian Health Care in Nixa.



Kay Matthews, Dietary Supervisor
Kay has been with Ozark Riverview Manor since May 1986.   Kay served as Head Cook until 1993 when she was promoted to Kitchen Manager. In 1999 Kay was promoted again to the position of Dietary Supervisor. Much of the credit for our reputation for excellent meals goes to Kay.

Melissa Hutchinson, Activities Supervisor
Melissa has been our Activities Director since January 2008. She began working at ORM as a CNA in December 2001 then became our Beautician in April 2004.  Melissa loves working with the residents in any capacity but is espcially excited about her newest role as Activity Director.  



Charley "Buddy" Reed, Maintenance Supervisor
Buddy became our Maintenance Director in July 1998.  After serving four years in the US Military, he began his career devoted to the field of long term health care maintenance.  Buddy has held regional positions as Area Engineer and has supervised nursing home maintenance departments in about 25 facilities. Buddy's knowledge, experience and expertise help make our facility an efficient and enjoyable place to live and work.



Norma Bode, Laundry/Housekeeping Supervisor
Norma started with us in July 1991 as a member of the laundry staff.  She was promoted in July 1994 to Laundry & Housekeeping Supervisor.  Norma and her team do an excellent job keeping the building clean and ensuring that our residents' clothing and linens are clean.
